Imran Khan’s alleged murder conspiracy case, decision to indict Sheikh Rasheed

The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has decided to indict Sheikh Rasheed in the case of conspiracy to assassinate Imran Khan.

In the Islamabad court, Judicial Magistrate Umar Bashir fixed March 2 as the date for indicting Sheikh Rasheed.

Islamabad Police issued a challan against Sheikh Rashid. Sheikh Rasheed requested the court to give a date of March 15 to participate in a conference, to which the court replied that the orders of the High Court have been issued and they cannot give a long date. We will see when the trial starts.
On the other hand, the Judicial Magistrate returned the request for registering a case against the SHO of Abpara Police Station of Sheikh Rasheed.
Sheikh Rasheed had also filed an application against SHO Ashfaq Waraich, Inspector Ashiq Manwar and other police employees. It was stated in the petition that the SHO threatened that he had come to teach you a lesson. On the 2nd of February at 12:30 in the night, 150 to 200 people, some in uniform and some without uniform, broke the door and entered my house and arrested me without a warrant.

Sheikh Rasheed added in the application that these persons took licensed weapons, gifted watches, two mobile phones, two lakh 74 thousand rupees and two bullet proof vehicles.
