The former prime minister wrote in a tweet that Nawaz Sharif used the hashtag Pervez Musharraf in the tweet.
Former President Pervez Musharraf passed away today, Sunday, February 5, in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). He was being treated at an American hospital in Dubai and had been ill for a long time.
The news of the former president’s death has also been confirmed by military sources. There is a strong possibility that the body of the former army chief will be brought to Pakistan.
Sources also say that former president Pervez Musharraf will be buried in the army cemetery in Rawalpindi. According to the news received, a special plane will reach Dubai’s Al Maktoum Airport from Noor Khan Airbase to bring the body of the former president. It should be noted that former president Pervez Musharraf’s mother was buried in Dubai and his father was buried in Karachi.
