DG Rangers and IGFC’s decision to complain to Army Chief about non-participation in PAC

The committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Public Accounts Committee Chairman Noor Alam Khan. The committee expressed displeasure over the absence of DG Rangers, IGFC North in the meeting.

The PAC committee refused to take the paras of the Rangers due to the absence of the DG Rangers. Chairman Committee Noor Alam Khan said that the paras of Rangers are very concerned but the DG Rangers did not come, the Army Chief should be informed about the absence of DG Rangers, IGFC North. The PAC (Public Accounts Committee) also issued a summons notice to the Home Secretary expressing displeasure. Meanwhile, the issues of tension on Pak-Afghan border, firing and martyrdom of Pakistanis by Afghan forces were also discussed in the meeting. Committee member Mushahid Hussain Syed said that America left 95 thousand modern guns in Afghanistan, how did the modern guns left by America in Afghanistan reach TTP?
