An application was filed in the Lahore High Court to remove Imran Khan from the post of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf. An application has been filed in the Lahore High Court to remove former Prime Minister Imran Khan from the post of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf, in which the Election Commission and others have been made parties. The petitioner, Afaq Advocate, has pleaded to order the Tehreek-e-Insaf to appoint a new chairman, arguing that the Election Commission has disqualified Imran Khan, and now Imran Khan has no legal justification to hold the post of chairman. The petition has requested that the court remove Imran Khan from the post of PTI chairman, and order PTI to appoint a new chairman.
