United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has said that Pakistan needs large-scale measures to restore flood victims and infrastructure, Pakistan will need 16.3 billion dollars in aid over a period of 3 years. Addressing the conference on the 9th, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, said that a large part of Pakistan was affected by the recent floods.
The Secretary General of the UN said that around 8 million people were displaced by the floods, a large part of Pakistan was severely damaged by the devastating floods, and he was surprised to see the spirit of Pakistanis even in difficult situations. Actions are needed, Pakistan will need $16.3 billion in aid over a 3-year period, case through conference, transfers and other mechanisms.
