ISLAMABAD: In view of the threat of terrorism, security has been put on red alert in the federal capital while the law enforcement agencies have also released the picture of a possible suicide bomber. According to the sources, the law enforcement agencies received information from intelligence sources that the possible terrorist Zakir Khan son of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will try to enter the federal capital Islamabad for terrorism. It has been decided to further tighten security in the federal capital, and now FC personnel will also be deployed to assist the police at the checkpoints. In this regard, Islamabad Police has sent a letter to the Ministry of Interior, in which 1000 FC personnel have been requested. Law enforcement agencies have given a report to the police in view of the fear of possible terrorism, after which a security red alert has been issued in Islamabad and security measures have been tightened. According to the police, in view of the security of Islamabad, checking has been started at various places, due to which people may face delay in reaching offices and business places.
Citizens have been advised to leave 15 to 20 minutes early to go to offices or business places due to strict security measures due to the fear of terrorism.
