A 5-member larger bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial, heard Arshad Sharif’s affidavit. The Ministry of Interior submitted a fact-finding report. Justice Mazahir Naqvi remarked that even the names of the firing officials were not written in the report, on what basis three people have been nominated in the case?
